Balance and Coordination Course gives children structured movement practice through stations that build control, focus, and body awareness.

How To Run It

  1. Set up four to six stations with enough space between them.
  2. Walk the group through each station and demonstrate safe movement.
  3. Divide children into small groups and rotate every few minutes.
  4. Encourage children to try each station more than once and improve their control.
  5. Let children suggest one new station or harder version.
  6. Close with stretching or a slow balance challenge.

Station Ideas

  • Walk a taped line heel to toe.
  • Balance a beanbag on your head.
  • Toss a ball into a target.
  • Step through hoops without touching edges.
  • Carry an object around cones.
