Balance and Coordination Course
Balance and Coordination Course gives children structured movement practice through stations that build control, focus, and body awareness.
How To Run It
- Set up four to six stations with enough space between them.
- Walk the group through each station and demonstrate safe movement.
- Divide children into small groups and rotate every few minutes.
- Encourage children to try each station more than once and improve their control.
- Let children suggest one new station or harder version.
- Close with stretching or a slow balance challenge.
Station Ideas
- Walk a taped line heel to toe.
- Balance a beanbag on your head.
- Toss a ball into a target.
- Step through hoops without touching edges.
- Carry an object around cones.
