Gratitude Journal Craft helps children notice blessings from Heavenly Father and turn gratitude into a simple habit they can continue at home.

How To Run It

  1. Show a simple finished journal so the children can picture the project.
  2. Give each child a notebook or folded pages with a cardstock cover.
  3. Let them decorate the cover with their name, blessings, scripture phrases, or simple drawings.
  4. Invite everyone to write or draw three blessings they noticed that week.
  5. Talk briefly about how gratitude can help them feel closer to Heavenly Father.
  6. Send the journals home with a challenge to add one blessing each day.
